HRPA has reserved a limited room block for participants of the Summit 2026. Preferred rates start at $299 CAD/night. The cut-off date for booking is Thursday, September 24, 2026.

CANCELLATIONS  
All reservations must be cancelled by 11:59 pm EST 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival. Cancellations made after this deadline will result in a charge of a 1 night stay plus taxes. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
