Our main event programming will be taking place in Toronto, including the virtual, live stream of this content. Summit Hub locations will feature Toronto keynotes and local, concurrent programming hosted in London and Ottawa.

HRPA has reserved a limited room block for participants of the Summit 2026. Preferred rates start at $299 CAD/night. The cut-off date for booking is Thursday, September 24, 2026.

CANCELLATIONS
All reservations must be cancelled by 11:59 pm EST 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival. Cancellations made after this deadline will result in a charge of a 1 night stay plus taxes. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
